There is a minimum of a one hour charge for all services.

• Reservations- $45.00/hour
• Transportation Arrangement- $45.00/hour
• Personal Shopping-$55.00/hour
• Travel Arrangements-$55.00/hour and up
• Special Events/Coordination-$75.00/hour and up

Contact Concierge702 and ask about our "Cosmopolitan" or "Platinum" Membership and receive additional savings off our "A la carte" prices. Customized membership may be developed to suit your needs. Gift certificates are also available.

• Rates reflect charges for services rendered by Concierge702 and do not include charges for outside vendor services or merchandise purchased to complete the service requested.
• All hours for monthly memberships must be used within 30 days from the first hour used. Hours not used within 30 days cannot be rolled over to the next month or refunded.
• Rate service payments are made in advance. We accept cash, MC, Visa, Amex, checks and money orders.
• There is a $40.00 fee on all returned checks.
• Concierge702 has the right to deny any requests that are questionable or illegal.
• Services required outside of regular business hours are subject to additional fees. Any service scheduled with less than 24 hour notice may be billed with a convenience fee of an additional $20.00.
• Cancellations for any services require a 48 hour notice. Failure to provide a 48 hour notice will incur the full price of service being charged and possible full fee of the vendor service request. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will be assessed a $40.00 fee.
